TL;DR

Test Lead (eCommerce): Leading the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a strategic transformation of customer-facing platforms with an accent on subscription and eCommerce capabilities. Focus on coordinating testing activities, managing defect resolution, and providing operational readiness assessments for successful releases.

What you will do

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and governance of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across the programme.
  • Develop and maintain UAT strategies, test plans, acceptance frameworks, and comprehensive test scripts.
  • Coordinate business testers and SMEs to ensure effective execution of testing activities.
  • Manage defect triage sessions to ensure issues are prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
  • Provide regular reporting on testing progress, defect trends, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to ensure alignment and identify usability issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading UAT or large-scale business acceptance testing within complex programmes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end testing practices and acceptance-criteria-based validation.
  • Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Zephyr.
  • Experience working within Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided)
