TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and maintain the delivery plan from roadmap to release, including milestones and dependencies across Web/API, iOS, and integrations.
  • Facilitate planning, stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies, ensuring clear status and risk management.
  • Define and enforce release criteria, coordinate flags/rollbacks, and verify in-production health.
  • Align Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Customer Success, and external vendors on plans and dates.
  • Manage external vendors/agencies, integrating their artifacts into the release train.
  • Maintain RAID logs, highlight trade-offs, drive decision records, and manage scope, time, and resource options.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years managing tech delivery (projects/programs) with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong experience in IT Project Management and a technical background in Software Engineering.
  • Expertise with the Software Development Lifecycle and strong knowledge of B2B web app development.
  • Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to tailor processes pragmatically.
  • Proven stakeholder management (product, engineering, leadership) and solid planning/execution skills.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
