What you will do

• Own end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of all IT initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage IT Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Define and enforce project governance, execution standards, and decision-making frameworks.
• Maintain visibility of all active initiatives, dependencies, and delivery risks, ensuring planning reflects real IT capacity.
• Oversee Agile and Scrum execution across IT, promoting iterative delivery and continuous feedback loops.
• Drive continuous improvement in execution efficiency, predictability, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management.
• Proven experience leading Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and structured execution models.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stream IT initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, trading, or other regulated industries.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
