What you will do
- Achieve revenue targets through new customer acquisition, renewals, and consulting services in the Philippines market.
- Develop and execute account plans for strategic enterprise customers, focusing on growth and retention.
- Build and maintain strong C-suite relationships to drive expansion and influence long-term business direction.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, partners, and internal teams to align priorities and maximize customer success.
- Manage sales lifecycle and forecasting using Salesforce and related tools.
- Lead complex deal negotiations and multi-stakeholder alignment for enterprise contracts.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years of sales experience with Philippines customers in complex IT solutions.
- 5+ years selling database solutions to enterprise customers.
- Experience with subscription-based sales models and working with system integrators and partners.
- Strong collaboration with Philippines software distributors and sellers is required.
- Graduate degree required; postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong business and analytical acumen.
