What you will do

• Assist customers with evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and usability.
• Participate in creating sales strategies and tactics, taking ownership of technical responsibilities for customer accounts.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise on storage products, distributed storage architectures, and file systems.
• Create architecture blueprints for repeatable solutions.
• Help develop a dispersed group of system and field engineers and consult on building support organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage to large IT organizations.
• Understanding of classic unstructured data applications and next-generation analytics/web frameworks.
• Experience preparing and delivering technical product and architecture presentations to customers.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
