What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for consumer adoption and monetization of MetaMask.
• Craft and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product offerings and features.
• Develop and deliver marketing programs to strengthen MetaMask's position in crypto culture and grow its brand.
• Collaborate closely with product, growth, and other marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Support the establishment and tracking of OKRs for marketing impact and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing and/or product marketing roles, preferably within technology, fintech, or web3 industries.
• Demonstrated success in supporting the growth and scaling of consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of web3, blockchain, crypto, or related technologies, or a strong desire to build expertise quickly.
• Strategic thinking capabilities to translate insights into actionable marketing programs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and shaping the future of consumer experiences in web3.
