Salary: $180,370–$212,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Define product vision, goals, strategy, and roadmap for compliance automation initiatives.
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and research to build AI-powered features.
• Analyze key metrics to measure impact focusing on customer value and operational efficiency.
• Drive alignment and provide visibility into roadmap and progress for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated impact
• Experience shipping AI-enhanced or AI-native products
• Strong skills in product execution including dashboarding, metrics analysis, and A/B testing
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous cross-functional initiatives independently
• Passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and compliance automation
• Hybrid work format with required in-person participation throughout the year

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B or enterprise products
• Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
• Basic understanding of crypto fundamentals and finance concepts
• Knowledge of transaction monitoring, KYC, AML, and enhanced due diligence
