What you will do

• Define platform vision and strategy based on market opportunities and user problems.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to gather insights and measure success.
• Build business cases for new investments and develop value propositions and competitive strategies.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational excellence, focusing on areas like quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Understand IT platforms, APIs, and system-to-system workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Offer Management or Product Management.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Change Leadership.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Customer or User Research.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT networking.
• Minimum of 3 years of Platform Product Management experience.
