What you will do

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for insurer segment, owning end-to-end payer experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external payer customers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Define and optimize payer-specific KPIs to drive utilization and ROI.
• Scope, plan, and execute product initiatives across design, engineering, and data science teams.
• Present data-driven insights and competitive analysis to influence product decisions.
• Drive improvements in product development processes to ensure high-quality, timely feature delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in New York City with office presence 2-3 days per week
• 7+ years product management experience in technology-driven organizations.
• Experience shipping B2B and B2B2C consumer products with strong user engagement.
• Deep knowledge of insurer products and ability to deliver ROI and value to customers.
• Strong leadership, influence, and executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical, user-centered approach with excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with both web and mobile applications.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
