Requirements

• Must be currently located in the US Eastern time zone.
• 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams plus 5+ years as an individual contributor software engineer.
• Strong background in systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Proven experience leading teams on complex, safety-critical, or reliability-focused systems.
• Ability to reason about isolation, security boundaries, and failure modes in production systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working autonomously in distributed, cross-time-zone environments.
