What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and senior leadership to create and maintain a product backlog based on business values and ROI.
• Plan and prioritize backlogs, contribute to product vision, roadmap, and growth, and drive innovation.
• Coordinate and lead product teams through Agile/Scrum activities and Sprint ceremonies with Scrum Masters.
• Actively participate and influence Sprint ceremonies as an integral team member.
• Document product requirements, user stories, and defects with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Ensure the product team has adequately groomed tasks ready for development, verify completion and release readiness of new features, and utilize customer feedback for enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with a desire to provide clear directions, descriptions, and functional requirements for product features.
• Ownership of day-to-day product backlog details, including prioritizing user stories, tasks, and defects.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Business, Digital transformation, IT product) to coordinate product release efforts.
• Active participation and influence in Agile/Scrum Sprint ceremonies.
• Ability to document product requirements, user stories, defects, and provide detailed acceptance criteria.
• English: C1+ required for working with a worldwide team.
• Work from: United States of America.

Nice to have

• 5+ years Leasing management system business analysis working experience.
• 5+ years Leasing Industry work experience.
• Solid practical experience on leasing business, including different classification, lease contract lifecycle management, leased asset management, and lease risk management.
• Solid practical usage experience on at least one lease management system.
• Strong business flow analysis, design, and optimization skills.
• Familiarity with accounting standards on leasing (e.g., IFRS 16, FRS 116) and basic accounting knowledge (AR, AP, fixed assets, foreign currencies, taxation).
