Must have US work authorization and not require visa sponsorship.

Salary: $99,000–$148,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with the broader hirify.global product organization to help support the portfolio and business.
• Become an expert in hirify.global’s product management methodologies, design thinking, and new product introduction.
• Support product teams in defining product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure timely product delivery.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in Product Management or equivalent practical experience building or deploying products in a Cloud-based software organization.
• Experience in implementing agile practices and design thinking.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Problem solving and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work 3 days a week from the office.
• Ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship in the US.
