TL;DR

Salary: $110,000-$222,000 USD per year

  • Identify and report technology risks across Enterprise Technology domains.
  • Define and implement risk assessment standards and proactive defense strategies.
  • Support ET-focused internal audits and ensure compliance with control frameworks.
  • Leverage data analytics for automated monitoring and transparent communication of risks.
  • Drive alignment across Fidelity Technology and business strategies.
  • Lead teams and sophisticated programs with matrixed, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of related work experience; MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional technical proficiency with an ability to challenge current processes and test/quantify risk.
  • Strong risk and audit background with understanding of frameworks like NIST, SOC, and COSO.
  • Familiarity with implementing automated trending/pattern detection for emerging risks.
  • Proven track record of building consensus and collaborating across organizational levels.
  • Ability to represent complex problems and solutions for senior decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have US work authorization due to location and regulatory context.
