What you will do
- Guide SMB customers through the adoption and onboarding process.
- Conduct group training sessions, webinars, and virtual workshops.
- Perform 1:1 video conferences for account reviews, insights, and recommendations.
- Utilize customer data and engagement metrics to identify at-risk accounts.
- Partner with internal teams (Customer Success Managers, Support, Product, Marketing) to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Track and report on customer health and adoption metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Account Management, Professional Services, or Training, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ability to confidently conduct virtual meetings and present to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage a high volume of accounts.
- Professional fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
- Must be based in Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience using CRM and engagement tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, or Intercom.
