What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, identifying opportunities to add value and drive revenue growth.
- Partner with the Regional Director to ensure sales activities align with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, positioning hirify.global as a strategic partner.
- Ensure clear account plans are developed and executed to maximize value for both hirify.global and clients.
- Lead and deliver organized Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Monitor and analyze account health, providing regular internal updates and insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related commercial role.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a strong asset.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Expertise in consultative selling and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
