What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Lead a team of 4 individual contributors, providing day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
  • Monitor client accounts regularly to identify potential issues, opportunities, or areas for improvement.
  • Increase client revenue and enhance client satisfaction through personalized upsell and cross-sell recommendations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to meet client needs and communicate feedback.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Language: Bilingual Arabic and English speakers are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • A keen interest in financial technology and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
