Focus on meeting development sales and design win KPIs, executing growth strategies, and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Location: Hybrid in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

  • Develop a country and customer base vertical strategy that delivers to assigned OKRs.
  • Partner across the hirify.global organization (SMG, BMG, BUs, Government Affairs) to achieve goals.
  • Create business partnerships between key ecosystem partners to generate hirify.global value in digital transformation.
  • Lead impactful sales strategies across covered accounts and ecosystem up to CxO level.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships at all levels in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Manage customer and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Government and Public Sector business segment.
  • Strong proven sales, communication, collaboration, marketing, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrable track record of critical relationships in the public sector in Saudi.
  • Experience in developing strategies across the full government ecosystem.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience representing hirify.global in front of external audiences.
  • Analytical acumen and ability to turn research into strategy, execution, and results.
  • Knowledge of hirify.global architecture, strategy, and corporate direction.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work within an ambiguous environment.
  • Arabic native speaker with previous Middle East government experience is a must.
  • English fluent in both verbal and written communication.
