What you will do
- Manage and develop all accounts within the assigned MEA region to achieve sales targets.
- Spend up to 60% of time traveling and engaging with customers.
- Develop and execute business strategies for new and existing accounts.
- Identify new sales opportunities and introduce latest products and solutions.
- Collaborate across business areas to deliver customer solutions efficiently.
- Maintain customer data and sales forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor degree in applied engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years experience managing B2B accounts with proven sales success.
- Experience in physical access control solutions and solution selling, preferably SaaS or cloud licensing models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 60%).
