What you will do

• Manage and develop all accounts within the assigned MEA region to achieve sales targets.
• Spend up to 60% of time traveling and engaging with customers.
• Develop and execute business strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities and introduce latest products and solutions.
• Collaborate across business areas to deliver customer solutions efficiently.
• Maintain customer data and sales forecasts using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor degree in applied engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience managing B2B accounts with proven sales success.
• Experience in physical access control solutions and solution selling, preferably SaaS or cloud licensing models.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 60%).
