Senior Employer Branding and Communication Specialist (iGaming): Defining, articulating, and amplifying our unique employee value proposition globally, with an accent on attracting top talent in iGaming and Tech sectors. Focus on developing authentic narratives and compelling content across all channels to drive candidate engagement and boost recruitment pipeline quality.

Location: Fully Remote (CET/EET time zones preferred)

What you will do

  • Partner with HR and Marketing leadership to define, document, and localize the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Develop and manage a strategic employer brand content calendar and roadmap across all internal and external channels.
  • Design and execute targeted employer branding campaigns for critical roles and new market entries.
  • Own and manage the content, messaging, and visual identity of the Career Page, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer review platforms.
  • Create compelling, authentic multimedia content, including employee spotlights and team success stories.
  • Track and analyze key employer brand metrics to continuously refine EVP and content strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience focused specifically on Employer Branding, Content Marketing, or Communications within a fast-paced tech or regulated industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing an EVP and content strategy from concept through execution.
  • Exceptional skills in copywriting, storytelling, and digital content creation across various formats.
  • Highly proficient in managing and optimizing employer review platforms (Glassdoor, DOU) and professional social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical ability to translate engagement data and candidate feedback into actionable brand improvements.
  • English: C1 level of proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in the iGaming or highly regulated industry.
