SMM Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced SMM Manager to lead social media presence and drive brand growth across digital platforms. This role requires mandatory experience in the iGaming / betting industry. You will be responsible for building content strategy, managing social channels, creating engaging content, and improving audience engagement and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SMM strategy across social media platforms
• Build content plans aligned with business goals, promotions, and sports events
• Create engaging content ideas (posts, stories, videos, Telegram, short-form content)
• Write copy in brand tone of voice
• Manage community communication and engagement
• Coordinate with designers and content creators
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Test new content formats and optimize engagement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SMM / social media / content marketing
• Mandatory experience in iGaming / betting industry
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Understanding of SMM strategy and digital communication
• Ability to work with analytics and improve performance based on data
• Experience managing content production processes
• Knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.)
• English B1/B2 or higher (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience in entertainment / fintech industries
• Skills in Canva / CapCut / Figma
• Understanding of short-form video trends and viral content formats
