What you will do
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned roles, from initial intake to pre-boarding.
- Execute high-impact, multi-channel sourcing strategies, dedicating up to 40% of time to passive and niche global talent pools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing data-driven market insights and guiding unbiased hiring decisions.
- Ensure a consistently positive and professional experience for all candidates, reflecting the Employer Brand.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail, swiftly resolving operational changes and issues.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and scaling of global recruitment processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience handling complex Non-Tech (and Tech) roles in international or global markets.
- Proven experience hiring in a demanding, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated advanced sourcing skills and established professional network within different GEOs.
- Prior experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter (and/or Enterprise).
- C1 level of English proficiency.
- Fluent Ukrainian.
