Middle/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Worldwide, fully remote; recruitment activity may span divergent time zones from Brazil to Armenia.

hirify.global operates a global Talent Acquisition Department supporting recruitment across multiple regions and markets.

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and needs analysis through negotiations and pre-boarding.
• Manage a portfolio of 4–7 specialised roles, primarily non-technical with some technical and executive-level positions.
• Build passive and niche talent pipelines using multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights, curated shortlists, and unbiased hiring guidance.
• Improve and scale global recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices.
• Represent hirify.global at relevant industry conferences and events, virtually or physically, as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with complex non-technical and technical roles in international or global markets.
• Experience hiring in demanding, fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Advanced sourcing skills and an established professional network across different geographic markets.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise.
• English at C1 level and fluent Ukrainian or Russian are required.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks across divergent time zones.
