What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes and act as a trusted advisor.
• Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional channels.
• Represent the company at local career fairs and talent attraction events to build the employer brand.
• Identify and implement process improvements leveraging automation and AI.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Growth mindset with interest in recruitment automation.
