What you will do

• Design concept journeys, blueprints, and roadmaps to elevate the total user experience.
• Facilitate understanding of the end-to-end experience by mapping events across technology, business, and design.
• Shape interactions between behind-the-scenes processes and support functions.
• Embed design practices within organizations for sustainable service approaches.
• Work with User Researchers to generate and communicate insights from users, staff, and stakeholders.
• Analyze and consolidate research findings to strategically frame and validate problems.

Requirements

• Valid right to work in the UK is required.
• Must be a resident in the UK and have been living continuously in the UK for the last 10 years.
• Ability to hold or gain a UK government security clearance.
• Experience in designing end-to-end service journeys.
• Ability to create or change transactions products and content across digital and offline channels.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
