Lead Deal Pricing Manager (Fintech): Managing a team of Deal Pricing Strategists and providing pricing expertise and financial insights to Go-to-Market teams across EMEA and APAC with an accent on developing improved pricing frameworks, structuring complex deals, and driving financial uplift. Focus on building sophisticated financial models, conducting pricing optimization, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-range plan.
Location: Must be based in Dublin or London
Salary: €112,800 – €169,200 annual

What you will do
- Oversee and coach a team of Deal Pricing Strategists across EMEA and APAC.
- Partner with regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners to refine pricing and commercial approaches.
- Actively build sophisticated financial models and conduct pricing optimization for complex deals.
- Define, refine, and implement pricing and margin guidance, identifying levers for financial uplift.
- Develop and refine frameworks to evaluate deal attractiveness and align with company long-range plans.
- Maintain pricing benchmarks and contribute to analytical design and production efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or deal pricing, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in deal management, ideally in SaaS or FinTech industry.
- Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships and influence business partners.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience in people managing an international team.
Nice to have
- Experience with deal operations at companies with subscription or consumption-based business models.
- Understanding of the Payment Industry and its commercial considerations.
