Senior Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst: Own financial analysis and reporting for subscription-based products with an accent on subscription revenue dynamics, churn, retention, and performance metrics. Focus on building dashboards, forecasting, budgeting, and providing data-driven financial insights across marketing, product, and operations.

Location: Vilnius, Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Salary: 3500–4500 EUR/month

What you will do

• Own financial analysis for subscription-based products focusing on revenue, churn, retention, cohorts, and performance metrics.
• Build and optimize dashboards in Looker Studio and similar BI tools.
• Assist in budget creation and ongoing budget performance tracking.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and KPIs across marketing, product, and operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Develop forecasting and financial modeling with data analysts and the CFO.

Requirements

• Proven subscription business experience is mandatory.
• English and Lithuanian language proficiency required.
• Experience with Looker Studio and similar BI platforms.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills including pivots, formulas, and charts.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Understanding of performance marketing funnels and metrics.
