What you will do

• Manage delivery of contracted talent acquisition services ensuring adherence to scope, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and collaborate with portfolio executives on account growth strategies.
• Oversee financial performance including P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and invoice approvals.
• Lead and develop delivery teams including Talent Acquisition Managers, managing performance and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation initiatives within accounts.
• Represent delivery in new business presentations and client reviews.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Spain (Barcelona, Seville, Madrid, Valencia)
• Fluency in English required
• At least 10 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and managing client accounts and recruitment teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with global and remote teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30-50% as required.
