What you will do

• Design, build, and test security software features for the hirify.global zSecure portfolio.
• Work with z/OS and z/VM operating system features and security products like RACF, ACF2, and Top Secret.
• Collaborate closely with testers to define criteria and develop comprehensive test scenarios.
• Perform code reviews and provide demonstrations of developed solutions.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including backlog planning and sprint execution.
• Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, and documentation to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer.
• Fluent English (spoken/written) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a complex, matrix-oriented environment.
• Willingness to gain deep knowledge of the z platform and relevant security subsystems.
• Intermediate Dutch proficiency is preferred.
• Experience with Assembler, PLX, Metal C, or C/C++ is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of subsystems such as DB2, CICS, IMS, or MQ.
• Experience with TSO/E, ISPF, and z/OS Principles of Operation.
• Prior experience with zSecure software.
