What you will do

• Lead the development and global rollout of the Core platform used for market data, quantitative research, and pricing.
• Develop software for exchange connectivity using protocols such as FIX, Websocket, and HTTP.
• Implement and optimize trading algorithms based on requirements from traders and quants.
• Optimize exchange communication through kernel bypass and TLS optimization.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with focus group engineers and Technical traders to refine platform requirements.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of professional C++ software development experience (proprietary trading industry preferred).
• Strong proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and writing scalable code.
• Experience in parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
