What you will do

• Lead the development and global rollout of core trading platforms including market data, pricing, and strategy components.
• Design and implement high-performance software for exchange connectivity using protocols like FIX and Websocket.
• Optimize system performance through kernel bypass, connection handling, and efficient resource management.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to translate business requirements into robust software implementations.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and logic errors to maintain system stability.
• Maintain and extend testing suites to ensure the quality and reliability of trading technology.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional C++ software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and multithreaded programming.
• Experience with parallel and asynchronous programming paradigms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in hardware-software performance optimization.
