What you will do

• Shape and lead the AWS infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement complex AWS infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and guide senior team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Oversee the development of infrastructure roadmaps and best practices.

Requirements

• Must have valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Must be a UK resident for the last 10 years.
• Must be able to hold or gain UK government security clearance.
• Extensive certification in AWS Administration.
• Masterful proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and sandbox environment creation.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and CRIO management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment models.
• Experience with monitoring tools and key metrics (SLA, service health).
• Understanding of performance measurement and code quality metrics.
