What you will do

• Manage daily order backlog and process sales orders ensuring timely invoicing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Contract Manufacturers to resolve issues and meet customer ship dates.
• Monitor license backlog and align install timelines with Sales for accurate revenue recognition.
• Perform audit and monthly reporting on order quality, processing timeliness, and backlog trends.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and contribute to process automation and tool enhancement.
• Participate in special projects impacting revenue operations and order processing scale.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of order fulfillment experience.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.
• Customer service and sales-focused mindset.
• Proficient in GSheet/Excel including pivots, charts, and xlookup.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible to accommodate various global time zones, especially EU.
• Startup attitude: adaptable, resilient, and self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and SFDC.
