What you will do

• Manage risk, regulatory, and compliance engagements daily, ensuring budget adherence and profit targets.
• Undertake analysis and prepare project deliverables, including reports and presentations.
• Interact with executive management of clients and regulatory authorities.
• Identify business opportunities for hirify.global Promontory.
• Build and retain industry relationships and foster motivated teams.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Financial services, Consulting, Regulator, Compliance, Risk management, Governance, or legal.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or Law.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Expert level capabilities in Excel (including advanced functionality and VBA/Macro development) and SQL.
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including AI governance, model development, and application.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering highly analytical and data intensive work, with strong understanding of data governance.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualifications.
• Specializing in data analytics, risk management, assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience developing, testing, and validating end-to-end modelling processes and knowledge of tools including Alteryx, R, and Python.
