What you will do

• Define and drive product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs.
• Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring AI-powered features deliver measurable impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to translate business goals into data-informed product specifications.
• Use data and customer feedback to guide priorities and measure success with clear metrics and dashboards.
• Mentor junior product managers and promote best practices across the product team.
• Communicate product vision and results effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in or authorized to work remotely from United States, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Canada.
• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS with AI or data-driven products.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, SQL).
• Ability to lead technical discussions and simplify complex AI concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for education and delivering impactful web or mobile products.

• Experience working on AI-enabled product features that improve user experience.
