Salary: €54,000–€66,000 per year

What you will do

• Monitor daily cashflows for crypto and fiat transactions
• Perform daily reconciliations to ensure accuracy of inflows and outflows
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies or settlement issues
• Collaborate with finance and trading teams to maintain accurate reporting
• Support compliance requirements and maintain audit-ready records

Requirements

• Currently living in the Netherlands with valid EU work permit (no visa sponsorship)
• 3–5 years experience in treasury, settlement, reconciliation, or finance operations
• Background in banking, fintech, or trading/brokerage preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Comfortable in high-volume transactional environments
