Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 pro-rata

What you will do

• Design solutions and workflows for the legal case management system (Proclaim)
• Maintain and update the CMS ensuring compliance with best practices
• Develop and code to implement designed solutions
• Support and mentor team members to develop their skills

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Manchester city centre
• Experience developing case management software in regulated industries
• Strong understanding of complex workflows
• Ability to deliver solutions from design to implementation
• Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Experience with Proclaim, Visual Files, Lexus Nexus, or Mattersphere
