What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize HR module functionalities in ServiceNow focusing on Case Management, Onboarding, Document Management, and Now Assist
• Collaborate with German- and English-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure code quality, proper documentation, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
• Implement integrations and workflows to support end-to-end HR processes

Requirements

• Must reside in Poland
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the HR module
• Working knowledge of Now Assist or similar AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Solid understanding of software development standards and workflow design within ServiceNow
