What you will do

• Drive and coordinate large-scale research products and programs ensuring efficient execution and scientific excellence.
• Translate technical ideas into actionable, well-scoped plans with clear milestones across model development, data campaigns, infrastructure, and product integration.
• Collaborate across disciplines including research, ML infrastructure, legal, and business development.
• Create and maintain compute and resource roadmaps identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to accelerate progress.
• Synthesize and communicate progress across diverse technical teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Support integration of new technologies and research insights into production systems and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, California
• Degree in computer science, AI, mathematics, physics, engineering, or similar.
• Experience in research program management or product management.
• Strong technical communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to learn new technical domains.
• Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
