What you will do

• Develop PMO processes, governance, standards, and best practices across technology portfolios.
• Manage financial budgeting processes for projects.
• Develop reporting to support decision making, project prioritisation, and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership and support for delivery portfolios across the technology team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week in office at Dunstable, UK
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles.
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of reporting standards and governance meeting pack production.
