Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business revenue by engaging sales prospects and managing the sales process in a fast-growing SaaS startup. Focus on quota attainment, lead nurturing, and executing a defined sales methodology with an accent on customer advocacy and CRM hygiene. Focus on building strong communication, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to product definition through customer insights.

Location: Remote with London office

What you will do

  • Carry quota for Net New Business revenue and close sales opportunities.
  • Establish champions and advocates via phone and web conferences.
  • Identify and nurture leads to generate pipeline and close deals.
  • Execute MEDDPIC sales methodology and maintain accurate CRM data (SFDC).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, MDR, and Solutions Architects to optimize sales processes.
  • Represent customer voice in product definition and impact company growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a closing sales role, ideally in software selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire executive prospects with hirify.global's vision.
  • Team player with a competitive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Track record of learning and adapting with low ego.

Nice to have

  • Experience with databases, infrastructure software, or SaaS offerings.
  • Prior collaboration with marketing and business development in SaaS startups.
  • Experience in database technology, NoSQL, or software development.
  • Startup experience and technology-savvy sales approach.
