What you will do
- Carry quota for Net New Business revenue and close sales opportunities.
- Establish champions and advocates via phone and web conferences.
- Identify and nurture leads to generate pipeline and close deals.
- Execute MEDDPIC sales methodology and maintain accurate CRM data (SFDC).
- Collaborate with Marketing, MDR, and Solutions Architects to optimize sales processes.
- Represent customer voice in product definition and impact company growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a closing sales role, ideally in software selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to inspire executive prospects with hirify.global's vision.
- Team player with a competitive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Track record of learning and adapting with low ego.
Nice to have
- Experience with databases, infrastructure software, or SaaS offerings.
- Prior collaboration with marketing and business development in SaaS startups.
