What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional coordination between Supply CS, Demand CS, New Business, and Activation teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement processes to enhance accountability, speed, and alignment across teams.
  • Drive execution of business strategy through goal setting, progress tracking, and bottleneck resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to prioritize roadmap items and support strategic growth initiatives in CTV and eCommerce.
  • Oversee performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational OKRs to ensure team accountability.
  • Mentor team leads and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in business operations, revenue operations, or program management, preferably in adtech, martech, or mobile gaming.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, SSPs/DSPs, and mobile app monetization.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives within high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Looker, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Experience with casual gaming publishers or mobile-first ad platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, and partner onboarding tools.
  • Experience building or scaling CS or BD operations functions.
  • Exposure to CTV, eCommerce, or emerging ad formats.
