What you will do
- Lead cross-functional coordination between Supply CS, Demand CS, New Business, and Activation teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and implement processes to enhance accountability, speed, and alignment across teams.
- Drive execution of business strategy through goal setting, progress tracking, and bottleneck resolution.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to prioritize roadmap items and support strategic growth initiatives in CTV and eCommerce.
- Oversee performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational OKRs to ensure team accountability.
- Mentor team leads and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in business operations, revenue operations, or program management, preferably in adtech, martech, or mobile gaming.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, SSPs/DSPs, and mobile app monetization.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives within high-growth environments.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Looker, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
Nice to have
- Experience with casual gaming publishers or mobile-first ad platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, and partner onboarding tools.
- Experience building or scaling CS or BD operations functions.
- Exposure to CTV, eCommerce, or emerging ad formats.
