What you will do

• Lead design, development, and operations of AI-driven hiring products.
• Primarily develop backend systems using Python and related technologies.
• Collaborate across the full stack, including frontend technologies like Typescript and React.
• Manage infrastructure using Serverless Framework, Terraform, and AWS.
• Wear multiple hats in a small, autonomous, high-velocity team.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near London and work onsite at least 3 days per week.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English).
• Strong backend development skills, especially in Python.
• Ability to work fullstack and adapt to evolving tech stacks.
• Passion for product-focused engineering and customer obsession.

Nice to have

• Experience with Serverless Framework, Terraform, and AWS infrastructure.
• Interest in early-stage startup environments and high-velocity teams.
