What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design from concept to execution for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain visual and interaction design systems for consistency.
• Design intelligent, autonomous agentic features to streamline recruiting operations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and founders.
• Incorporate user feedback and data to continuously improve product experience.
• Contribute to design culture and shape the company’s visual identity.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in San Francisco at least 3 days per week
• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology companies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, and interaction design skills.
• Experience building and evolving design systems.
• Familiarity or enthusiasm for AI-powered and agentic user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
