What you will do

• Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityAI solutions
• Configure and maintain SailPoint components to meet organizational needs
• Integrate SailPoint with external systems such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, and PAM tools
• Implement lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, policies, and access reviews
• Automate SailPoint deployment and configuration in cloud environments using CI/CD
• Collaborate with security teams, architects, and business stakeholders; support legacy IGA migration projects

Requirements

• Must reside in Poland
• SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Developer, IdentityNow, CAM)
• Experience with legacy IGA migration, especially One Identity Manager
• Familiarity with PAM tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow, HashiCorp Vault, and ITSM/DevOps tools
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation
• Understanding of security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST)
• Experience in regulated industries and working in international distributed teams
