What you will do

• Deliver high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions aligned with best practices and client needs
• Lead and coordinate project teams as a Technical Leader, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery
• Solve complex technical and architectural challenges related to the Atlassian ecosystem
• Provide strategic consulting for clients on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvements
• Support presales processes by designing solution architectures, contributing to offers, and recommending optimal technologies
• Mentor and support employee development through training and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Must reside in Poland
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence, related products)
• Proven experience in solution architecture, system integration, and process optimization
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
