What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-party software programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Manage third-party integrations and API-based ecosystems.
• Lead partner onboarding and act as a central coordination hub.
• Build tracking mechanisms, KPIs, and escalation processes.
• Create and evolve program management processes and frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong experience driving end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-party software programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Strong experience managing third-party integrations and API-based ecosystems.
• Proven track record working with external vendors and executive-level stakeholders (C-suite).
• Hands-on experience leading partner onboarding and acting as a central coordination hub.
• Strong experience navigating ambiguity, shifting timelines, and high-pressure environments.

Nice to have

• Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows or agentic AI solutions.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
