HR Business Partner (Corporate Services)

📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Nebius is building the next generation of AI cloud infrastructure — empowering companies to solve real-world challenges without massive internal AI/ML investment. With HQ in Amsterdam and R&D hubs across Europe, the US, and Israel, the company is scaling fast and looking for a Senior HRBP to partner with Corporate Services.
What you’ll do
Strategic HR Partnership
— Advise senior leaders and align people strategy with business goals
— Use data to influence decisions and drive organisational performance
Workforce & Talent Strategy
— Lead org design across Legal, Finance, Security, Communications
— Drive workforce planning, capability building and succession planning
— Define strategies to attract, grow and retain high-calibre talent
Performance & Leadership Development
— Coach senior leaders on performance and team development
— Lead performance cycles with consistency and fairness
— Promote continuous learning across Corporate Services
Employee Relations & Culture
— Lead complex ER cases; strong knowledge of Dutch labour law required
— Build trust quickly in a direct, fast-paced stakeholder environment
— Support engagement, culture and change initiatives
HR Program Delivery
— Local execution of global HR programs (Performance, Reward, DEI, L&D)
— Adapt global initiatives to the Dutch context while ensuring alignment
— Collaborate closely with HR COEs
Data-Driven HR
— Use people analytics to identify risks and opportunities
— Deliver insights that inform business decisions and organisational health
What you bring
— 7–12 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as HRBP
— Strong background in strategic partnering and organisational design
— Experience in scaling or matrixed organisations
— Advanced employee relations skills + Dutch labour law expertise
— Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills
— Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
— Experience in multicultural / cross-border environments is a plus
