Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and able to commute to the office in 's-Hertogenbosch

Salary: €500 per month

What you will do

• Support administrative L&D tasks including training planning, tracking, and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions.
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of manuals and work instructions.
• Manage and update internal communication platforms like SharePoint and newsletters.
• Optimize learning content to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Contribute to innovation and process improvement projects within the Commercial Excellence team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution (HBO or WO level, 2nd year or higher).
• Looking for a mandatory internship as part of a study program.
• Available full-time (32-40 hours) for a minimum of 4 months.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong communication skills in English.
