Learning & Development Intern (HR)

TL;DR

Learning & Development Intern (HR/L&D): Managing the onboarding journey, intern community, and learning analytics with an accent on seamless talent integration and data-driven program improvement. Focus on coordinating DNA Week, evolving L&D dashboards, and creating educational content for a global workforce of 700+ employees.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (minimum 2 days per week in office). Candidate must be enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey, specifically owning the DNA Week experience.
• Build and drive the intern community through dedicated events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain and evolve L&D dashboards, turning course and program data into actionable insights.
• Develop educational materials and visually compelling slide decks for employees.
• Iterate and refine onboarding processes based on feedback from new hires and stakeholders.
• Manage L&D documentation and session planning across multiple calendars.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Academic background in Educational Sciences, Organisational Psychology, HRM, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting and Google Slides for presentation.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with a diverse, international team.
• Proactive approach to organization, note-taking, and follow-through.
• Available to start in September 2026.
