What you will do
- Manage top brand accounts with daily communication, weekly check-ins, and quarterly business reviews.
- Create and execute growth plans optimizing programs and promotional calendars.
- Generate new business by pitching to target brands through outbound channels and events.
- Establish KPI frameworks and monthly executive narratives to track account health.
- Standardize workflows to improve team speed and ownership.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in New York
- Experience managing enterprise retailers, marketplaces, or D2C brands in cashback, loyalty, affiliate, or performance partnerships.
- Proven success in outbound pitching and account expansion.
- Strong data-driven prioritization and risk management skills.
- Cross-functional coordination with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams.
- English: B2 level or higher required
