What you will do

  • Manage top brand accounts with daily communication, weekly check-ins, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Create and execute growth plans optimizing programs and promotional calendars.
  • Generate new business by pitching to target brands through outbound channels and events.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and monthly executive narratives to track account health.
  • Standardize workflows to improve team speed and ownership.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in New York
  • Experience managing enterprise retailers, marketplaces, or D2C brands in cashback, loyalty, affiliate, or performance partnerships.
  • Proven success in outbound pitching and account expansion.
  • Strong data-driven prioritization and risk management skills.
  • Cross-functional coordination with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams.
  • English: B2 level or higher required
