TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (New York, US). Must have legal authorization to live and work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

Salary: $125,000–$156,000 USD base + attractive/uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely responses and meeting annual sales growth targets.
  • Serve as a commercial partner for the business, supporting budgeting, planning, and reporting.
  • Gather client insights on products and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Keep the CRM up-to-date with accurate notes and updates, collaborating with the sales team.
  • Support cross-functional teams and share expertise to drive organizational success.
  • Represent hirify.global externally with professionalism and credibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling SaaS/DaaS/tech/data solutions to the Maritime/Logistics sector across North America.
  • Knowledge of commodities markets and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in unstructured, fast-paced, and dynamic environments.
  • English: Fluency required.
